Thank you for shopping at EMEL Fashion (operated by Kai Prints LLC). We strive to provide you with the best contemporary women's apparel.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. This policy has been designed to comply with Google Merchant Center requirements to ensure a transparent and secure shopping experience.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The Goods are in the original packaging.

  • The Goods are unused, unworn, with tags, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., personal care goods, beauty products).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

To start a return, you must contact us at support@emelfashion.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), EMEL Fashion will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return label.

  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The exact cost of return shipping will depend on your location and the carrier you choose. If you choose to use our provided return label, a flat fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Restocking Fee:

  • We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service if you are shipping the items yourself. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
