All orders are processed withinΒ 1 to 3 business daysΒ (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

EMEL Fashion proudly offers international shipping to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Generally, international deliveries take betweenΒ 6 to 13 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EMEL Fashion is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All customs duties, taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us atΒ support@emelfashion.comΒ with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you select a shipping method that cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to request an alternative physical address to ensure successful delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
EMEL Fashion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
